Types of Will
You can choose between having a Single or Mirror Will:
Single Will
A single Will is a Will for one person. Single Wills are not designed to be used for couples who want to have similar clauses in their Wills, they would each need to do their own. Single Wills are available from £250 + VAT. |
Mirror Will
A mirror Will is when a husband, wife or partner make almost or completely identical Wills leaving (for example) everything to each other respectively should one partner die, and if both die together then direct to children. If there are no children involved it would then pass to a named beneficiary. Mirror Wills are available from £350 + VAT. |
To arrange your Will you will be referred to our recommended solicitor, GW Legal. When you have received your final Will, Age Assist Limited will receive a commission payment directly from GW Legal.
