Life gets better with Age
Our commitments to you
Discover how life gets better with Age
We believe that we should have a lasting positive impact upon the people and environment around us. So no matter how you are involved with Age Partnership, we want to make your life better.
Environment
We are dedicated to environmental improvements that foster a sustainable future and believe that starts from the ground up. We recycle waste paper, aluminium cans, printer cartridges and use energy saving lighting in our office. We are also working towards more paperless solutions, through a number of digital technologies.
We also run a car sharing and cycle to work scheme in order to further reduce our carbon footprint.
Charity and community
We know that Age Partnership and its employees have an important role to play in the communities within which we work and live. We actively encourage our staff to volunteer their time in fundraising for charitable causes. To support this, Age Partnership allows employees to take up to a maximum of one day of paid time per year for community volunteering and fundraising.
We also strive to be a positive force in our community, a good neighbour and be sensitive to the local community’s cultural, social and economic needs.
Employee wellbeing
Age Partnership recognises that our people are our most important asset. As a result, we place a strong emphasis on workplace safety and work-life balance while investing in the development of all colleagues. Our employees can also expect us to provide a secure, safe and healthy working environment and to be treated with respect at all times. We have invested and trained a number of mental health first aiders who are available to provide fully confidential support with any mental health related concerns that colleagues may be experiencing.
Within Age Partnership, access to employment, development, opportunity, training & development and promotion is free from discrimination on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, age, ethnic origin or disability and is based solely on the objective assessment of ability within their role.
Our employee benefits scheme includes enhanced maternity/paternity packages, discounted childcare vouchers, discounted gym membership, a cycle-to-work scheme and a group personal pension. We offer health and well-being benefits through Westfield Health, along with discount cards, access to private healthcare and much more.
This has helped us maintain a strong and happy team for many years, and also ensures that we attract the very best candidates, and exceptional colleagues to work with our customers.

Gender pay gap
All UK companies with more than 250 employees must produce a gender pay gap report, which details the difference in the hourly rate of pay between genders business-wide, regardless of role or department. Our most recent gender pay gap report (April 2022 – April 2023) can be found here .
Slavery and human trafficking statement
Each year, we produce a Slavery and Human Trafficking statement. It sets out the steps we have taken to address and prevent the risk of modern slavery within the Age Partnership Group of companies and our supply chains. You can read the most recent statement here .
