Searching a range of lenders to find the best plan for you
We’re all individuals and understanding your individual needs is the key to us finding the right plan to meet your requirements. That’s why we work with a range of lenders rather than just one.
It’s through searching all of the available plans from our panel of lenders that we can find the best one for your personal circumstances.
Our mortgage panel includes the lenders below and more.
Plans from the panel of lenders will be considered, the features mentioned and the amounts raised, are subject to the lender’s criteria, terms and conditions. these may take into account the age, health and lifestyle factors in order to provide you with an enhanced amount, if needed.

What does our service cost?
It’s important to us that you make the right decision about your lending options and whether choosing to go ahead is the right decision for you. That’s why we provide initial advice for free and without any obligation to go ahead. This includes preparing and sending your bespoke recommendation document.
Whether choosing a standard mortgage, Retirement mortgage or equity release our fee is the same and only if your case completes would our advice fee of £1,995 be payable. Other lender and solicitor fees may apply. We will send you a full written breakdown of the costs involved as part of your recommendation so you're fully informed before deciding if it’s right for you.
Some other advisory firms may have lower fees due to only recommending plans from one lender. However, at Age Partnership we are able to offer a range of plans from across the UK market to help you find the best solution for your individual circumstances.

Well, because we’re a member of the Council, it means that we adhere to their standards, which protect you in five main ways:

- You have the right to move house, providing the new property meets lender’s criteria.
- You will receive a “no-negative equity guarantee”, meaning that your estate will never owe more than your property is worth when it is sold.

Choosing a specialist solicitor
As part of your lending release application, you will need to instruct an independent solicitor to act on your behalf.
We can help you to find one and will explain how the solicitors fee for equity release works. We recommend that you choose a solicitor who specialises in equity release / mortgages, as they are more familiar with the process and may help your application progress more smoothly and quickly than an alternative solicitor.
