At Age Partnership, we believe that everyone should be entitled to help and assistance to make their pension work harder for them. Attaining maximum value from a lifetime’s hard work should not be the privilege of a lucky few, or require huge volumes of legwork and paperwork. So our aim is to make arranging your pension income as hassle-free as possible.
Changing or amending your pension income may feel like a large and daunting task when approaching it for the first time. However, with Age Partnership at your side, it could be a simple and stress free endeavour which yields hugely beneficial results.
To help the task seem a little more digestible, we have presented the traditional step-by-step process here.
The first step is to have an initial conversation with a Financial Advisor, during which we’ll explain all of your pension-income options and answer any questions you may have.
We’ll also take you through the recommendation process so you can decide if you wish to proceed and receive a recommendation.
- Following this you’ll have an in-depth conversation with your Financial Advisor to find out all about you, your needs and circumstances so that we can put together your personalised recommendation.
Your Financial Advisor will research your existing pension scheme and the pension income market to put together your personalised recommendation.
We may speak to you again during this process.
- Once ready, we’ll be in touch to talk you through your personalised recommendation and can provide a written copy for you should you wish to proceed.
- A follow-up appointment is then scheduled to discuss any questions you may have and if you wish to go ahead, we’ll talk you through completing the paperwork, although we’ll do as much of this for you as we can, to make the process as hassle-free as possible.
- Once we receive the paperwork, we will process this for you and arrange your chosen pension-income option.
