Using Equity Release to Repair the Home

A recent Saga Personal Finance poll has revealed that 34% of over50s in the UK claim their house is in need of repair but 15% cannot afford to fix it. The poll also revealed a number of sources that these homeowners use to pay for repairs yet surprisingly, equity release schemes weren’t mentioned as an option for homeowners over 55-years-old.

Slight House Price Fall Won’t Affect Equity Release Market
