New Equity Release Toolkit for Financial Advisers
LV= have announced a series of road shows specifically designed to better inform financial advisers on equity release. The road shows mark the launch of a new marketing toolkit for financial advisers which will help them advise and explain to their clients more clearly the benefits of equity release, and the process of releasing equity from their property.
The toolkit is being rolled out in a range of road show events across England in May and June.
Equity Release Toolkit
The toolkit itself is based on feedback from financial advisers, and is a welcome resource for most, leaving them better equipped to explain and sell the benefits of equity release to clients.
The toolkit includes: a step-by-step equity release marketing guide; template letters and posters; case studies; & a customer-facing brochure entitled ‘unlocking capital from your home’.
The toolkit provides financial advisers the tools needed to raise the profile of equity release, and supporting literature they can send to their clients that will help explain to them very clearly how they can unlock the equity from their home.

- 18th May - South East London (Holiday Inn, Maidstone-Sevenoaks)
- 19th May - Bristol (Bespoke Redwood Hotel and Country Club, Failand)
- 21st May - Bournemouth (LV=, County Gates House)
- 2nd June - Birmingham (Holiday Inn, Solihull)
- 4th June - North West London (Ramada, Watford)
- 8th June - Leeds (Devere Venues, Oulton Hall)
The Warrington road show on the 1st June is already at full capacity.
