Why choose Age Partnership for equity release?
Free, no-obligation equity release quotation
Not everybody is suitable for equity release, which is why we think it important to offer a free, no-obligation quotation, to allow you to make an informed decision on your financial future.
The Partnership Promise
To give our clients total peace of mind, we have developed an industry-leading guarantee, which covers our ethics, our service levels and our independence.
Exclusive equity release offers
We are constantly in negotiations with lenders to secure the best equity release schemes, exclusively for our clients. These can save clients thousands of pounds over the course of the plan.
Low set-up costs
As well as plans with exclusive interest rates, we have negotiated significantly reduced set-up costs with many lenders. In lots of cases these include a free property valuation, which is a vital part of the equity release application process.
No intrusive home visit
Because home visits can be intrusive and put clients under pressure, we prefer to offer our advice over the telephone. This in turn brings a number of other advantages:
- Because we’re not out on the road all the time, we always have access to the most up-to-date plans and developments to the equity release market.
- Being office based, we can be more efficient – both financially and environmentally.
- Clients don’t need to make an appointment to speak to their advisor, who is rarely more than a telephone call away.
Age Partnership offer total independence
We take great pride in being 100% independent. We research the entire equity release market before making a recommendation, this way you can be sure that you’ve got the best deal available on the market to meet your unique needs.
Rapid service
We hate to keep our clients waiting. That’s why we are able to send a written quotation to your door within two working days of your phone call.
Lines open 24 hours a day
Whilst advisors are generally in the office between the hours of 09:00 and 19:30 on weekdays, clients can call us on 08080 27 27 27 at any time of day or night and will get through to a ‘real person’.
Application collection service
If clients would prefer not to make the trip to the Post Office with their applications, we’re happy to send a representative out to pick up the documents, completely free of charge.
SHIP equity release products
We will only recommend plans from members of the Safe Home Income Plans (SHIP) organisation or other providers which offer similar guarantees and safeguards. This means that you reserve the right to move house in the future, and can be sure of a ‘No Negative Equity’ guarantee, so you will never owe more than the value of your home and no debt will be left to your estate.
For no-obligation advice on whether equity release could help you and information on the best plans please call our 24 hour helpline and speak to one of our advisors:

Or use the comments box below to ask a question.
Equity Release may involve a Lifetime Mortgage or Home Reversion Plan. To understand the features and risks ask for a personalised illustration.
Age Partnership provides initial advice at no cost and without obligation. Only if you choose to proceed and your equity release case completes would a typical fee of 1.5% of the amount released or £795 be payable.
Important things to consider about equity release:
- Equity release could affect your current or future entitlement to means-tested benefits
- Releasing equity to spend in your lifetime can reduce the amount that is left in your estate when you pass away

Hallo,
I’m trying to find out who (if anyone) does equity release schemes on properties that already have a mortgage. Any ideas?

Hi Antony
Thanks for your question.
It is a condition on all equity release plans that you use must clear any outstanding mortgage or loans secured against your property. You can use the proceeds of equity release to help you do this. There are benefits to this as you can make an end to those monthly repayments which could help improve your standard of living.
Remember, you can contact us on freephone 08080 10 10 10, or via our website http://www.agepartnership.co.uk by requesting a callback or fill in your details to receive our brochure by post.
I hope this helps and we look forward to speaking with you.
Kind Regards,
The Age Partnership Team
