How does the referral service work?
If you encounter a situation where you feel that one of your clients could benefit from equity release - perhaps it would fit into some general retirement advice that you are giving - then simply follow one of the following steps. Either:
- Call freephone 08080 444 555. You should get straight through to a specialist equity release advisor (Mon-Fri 9am-19:30, Sat 9am-5pm). We can contact your client either right away or at a time you specify.
- Make your referral on-line using the form to the right. On receipt of your submission we'll ring you as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your referral.
NOTE: If you haven't used this service before, we would need you to return an Introducers Agreement. But don't worry, this doesn't take any time as we can e-mail, fax or post it to you immediately once you've been in touch.
Once you've made your referral, we'll contact your client either right away or at a time you specify to deliver our advice. By delivering our advice over the telephone, we can offer a faster service than any other, and we can usually have our recommendation out in the post (or by e-mail) on the same day we speak to your client.
Note: if you feel that you client specifically needs a home visit, we do offer a face-to-face option in some parts of the UK.
Assuming that your client is suitable and wishes to proceed, you will generally receive a cheque equal to 25% of the total case revenue (typically you will receive in excess of £750 per case) around 8 weeks after they have submitted their application.
